You wake up and get an email from DP. It says book a telephone interview and then you rush to book it and all slots are gone. You find out everyone is happy to announce they got first round TI. You are pissed but say it's fine they're all non-targets anyways... After it hits you get straight video interview, you realise the power of being a target means you skip steps in the process. Aha they will never get this!!! You do the video interview but stumble upon the walk me through a DCF? Surely they don't know what it is so you explain the basics saying you study History means you never came across it. AC comes a week later and you do it with the boutique IB and they all seem to love you because you are the captain of the rowing club. You get an offer and realise how did you land it with 0 finance and technical knowledge. Then it hits you... the power of being from a target in the UK.
DP is paradise.
