Day in the life of an MD?

Look, I know analysts stay all hours of the night and do factory work. Associates leave an hour earlier. VP's leave two hours earlier and lead the teams. I know this may vary, but what is the typical day of an MD look like from start to end? And while we're here, what does a day with a client look like for an MD? Just curious... have never chatted with an MD before.
