They've hired six senior bankers from Merrill's FIG group, which has been historically strong.

Merrill bankers running for the exits...no surprise at all
Look for the UBS guys to start peeking around other banks soon as well, judging by all the internal turmoil apparently going down. Nice catch for DB, they're quietly setting themselves up for once things turn around.
