DBO Partners - Thoughts 2021?

Hi everyone, I would love to hear your thoughts on DBO Partners as of 2021. It would be great to hear in terms of pay, exit opps, culture, etc.

Also, they seem to close 1 deal a month, is that something to worry about?

Thanks!

If you want a good tech banking experience, DBO is a decent place imo. Founded by top MS Menlo Park guys, their deal flows/connections are solid. They're small so, makes sense the absolute number of deals they close are not many. Culture seems decent in terms of people, but given the size of small analyst class, it’s always going to be busy. Heard there’s face time. Pay is street or slightly above. Exit varies a lot because of the size, but seems to be on par with mid-low tier BB
