Does anybody know more about Baird, RJ, or HL in the DC Area? Also any other info on the MM space in the DC Area would be helpful as well.

Baird has ADG and REGAL in NOVA. No clue about the REGAL team, but the ADG team is solid, does very well with MM sponsor sell-sides.

HW has ADG in DC. The team is relatively newer and smaller, and they're still scaling up their deal size, but considering HW's track record of MM sponsor sell-sides they're probably also solid.

HL has their ADG team in McLean. It's the most established one in DC, and is a volume shop. They church out deals but their deals tend to be slightly smaller than Baird on average.

RJ has their Defense & Gov team in DC. Small team, no more than 10 bankers. Deal flow isn't as good as the firms above.
