DCM aligning logos all day - No Exit?
I've been in DCM for about 8 months now and all I've learned is loan products, PowerPoint shortcuts and being attentive to details. I was well aware of the notorious stories about DCM, but didn't know it was this bad. Although I'm only doing ppt all day, it's not like my hours are better either. Seems like the bond folks in DCM are at least learning something. Even kids I work with in corp banking seem to learn more by doing financial analysis and modeling.
I did see instances where couple of loan guys from DCM move to lev fin. Where can I go from here? Currently in Top BB.
