Is there anybody here with experience regarding business development % split? Assume you are not MD level, but the firm would like you to do business development. Can you ask for a deal commission split if you secure the deal? What would be the normal percentage? What would be the diplomatic way to bring it up (assume the firm did not bring it up)?
