Deal Origination Internship

Worth it or a waste of time for a sophomore UG to do a research internship (in hopes of FT IBD after graduation)? It's a no-name firm but works with some reputable banks.

I'm trying to work my way up to an SA gig, so opp. cost comes in to play, especially since my school isn't a complete target. If I had all the time in the world, I would do both -- but, with school and extracurriculars, that can be a little iffy.
