Are deal toys issued/created by corporate development groups for small deals?
I understand IB will usually create these on large deals, but what about small deals that are done by internal teams?

Depends on your boss. How small are we talking? If it was a smaller deal, you should be able to keep it under a $grand in cost.

If anything, it would detract from productivity. Once you get those sweet pieces of acrylic, you can't stop looking at them and refuse to do any work.

Do a google search. Altrium does good work. They may not be the cheapest, but you should be able to get 5-6 for under $1000.
