Dear WSO - America is the best
Since the other osama thread turned into a jellyfest over politics Im just gonna say this here.
I fucking love America, and Osama's defeat is a great day for all of us. That said, if you're gonna exploit it to argue your rightist or leftist viewpoints shut the fuck up. Give us one day to celebrate the neutralization of a threat to our security, to finally bring some degree of closure to the victims out there, and to take in the fact that for at least one day we stood united over a common enemy.
While there are definitely things that could have been done differently let's just enjoy this one rare moral victory and cherish it, and to remember those who died in the attacks and who have sacrificed their lives to prevent a repeat, without stooping to political bullshit.
Oh and the special forces team that risked their lives to save others >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> KKR and TPG combined
