Are you looking for an automated template that pulls from Cap IQ so that it’ll be easier to do or are you more looking for a template so that you know what important information needs to be included?
An automated template would be good. But I am currently using bloomberg. And yes, I do wish to know what is important. Thank you! :)

Important points (in no specific order): company, txn date, use of proceeds, credit rating, sponsor, facility sizes, revenue, ebitda, pf leverage ratios, pricing
