Debt Financing for Developmental Renewable Energy Projects/Companies

I've been doing research into the debt markets for the developmental renewables sector. Most infrastructure and renewable financing is for utility-scale or existing technologies. Most of this new project work is equity finance and done with government related entities and through tax-breaks.

But does anyone have any information on mezz/project/development financing for new tech renewables? I know that the EIB, Mitsubishi, and GE do this work, but I'm looking for other non-government/NGO related players across hedge funds, renewable funds, enterprise commercial banks, etc...
