Decent non-target universities in Texas?

I've applied to UT Dallas, Texas Tech, University of Houston, Texas Southern University. I would like to know more university all of you guys must've heard in the air? I will try to transfer out, but if it doesn't work out, which more colleges should I apply to? (apart from the 4 I mentioned)
From the above 4, best shot at IB I guess would be from UT Dallas.

I know IB would be tough (if I don't get into UTD), so my next target would be either Corp Fin or FP&A (Asset management if that's possible)

PS: All target and semi-target unis apps are closed (as if I would've gotten in, like UTAustin, Rice, Texas A&M, other pvts)
