Whoever posted the BAML Houston culture thing is an idiot. BofA in Houston actually has some of the best culture in Houston. That’s why people go there. They will get on a handful of M&A deals and then kill it with DCM deals. Top of the street for LF deals in Houston. Citi has already lost half of their first year class. The guys over their get worked and the culture is way worse than BofA. Deal flow is better, but also know for a fact that bonuses at BofA were higher last year. source: I know analysts at both places that told me/each other their numbers
