Delaying grad ?rising senior no formal junior year internship

Please what paths should i begin to look at I am at a non target state school with  a 3.6 , I honestly did not recruit as much as I should have last semester but its in the past . This summer I'm doing an equity research internship with my school and have done a private equity and investment management internship ,where should i start looking at I honestly just need to secure a job after grad that i can move up in .I messed up my freshman year and have been paying the price ever since do you think i should delay grad and try my hand at recruiting again .I did not even really apply to any IB opportunities.
