You won’t be as strong of a candidate as you could’ve been with a higher GPA and when deciding interviews, headhunters may put your resume below people who have a better combination of firm + GPA + school. But it’s not really something you can control, so other than being aware that it may be a slight hindrance, it shouldn’t change how you approach recruiting
