It depends what you want to do - if you want to do banking long term then Qatalyst might be the better choice given comp is likely higher + heard hours were okay
- if you are not sure GS is much better because it has a better brand and so exit, but it is an intense team
Qatalyst brand in Europe is much weaker than in the US so you might have issue with HH not actively pursuing you vs if you were at GS
