You just started. 2nd years are jaded and know what the seniors they work with care about. They wouldn’t give comments that are unnecessary. Well… they might be unnecessary but I meant in the sense that the seniors expect them.

Wdym the analysts aren't helping out whatsoever? If you're in office, just go up to their desks and ask questions?

Also if this is internal biz dev work then yes… Why would you expect the 2nd year to help out? They likely have more important projects or live deals to focus on.

They were in same position as you a year ago. As a first year - you get all the annoying BS until you’re ramped up (and even then will continue to get the BS until the next class joins).
