first off, congratulations on being the only guy on this forum considering public finance the deadlines are flexible, as the things are open for a long time
JPM's PF's application for schools that don't conduct campus recruiting just passed literally a few days ago. No idea about MS. GS doesn't have a specific application process for public finance. It's "infrastructure investing" I believe, so you would have to apply into IBD, I believe. Feel free to correct if I am wrong.
Hey dude, I'm interested as well. I recently heard about these positions. I did a double major in finance and government (and a short but sweet MSc). I wasn't interested in banking until I realized there are public finance banking jobs.
You should consider BAML and WF as well. Both have strong PF platforms and baml is almost always 1-2 with JPM in league tables.
