Have you considered Corp banking? I’m making 140k base (35-45% target bonus) as an associate 1 working considerably less hours ….
Why do you think you’d start at Associate? IB Associate isn’t exactly a job u can just walk into (ask all the MBA associates who suck at their jobs for the first 18 months)
140k for 60 hours a week doesn’t seem like a great lifestyle. You are working 7-7 or 9-9 five days a week?
More like 8-7 five days a week, with the occasional hour or two on weekends - rounding up to 60
MO pay unfortunately doesn’t scale as well as banking, which is what’s making me reconsider this job
