sry, bit unrelated, but are you supposed to have work experience before applying for spring weeks? I haven’t spent a day in uni yet, and the recruiting process seems very fast.

target university/CV format/cover letters/psychometric testing/interview performance. The only ones open at the moment is goldman which is non-rolling so you can wait till uni to add stuff to the CV. Most UK student's won't have relevant work ex at this stage.
