100% you will get drug tested. Not sure when. Unless your are doing blow with Lebron and Katy Perry best to not risk your SA on a stupid NYE party.

Just send an innocuous email asking what date you should have your I-9, background check info, and drug tests finished. Simple enough, just make sure to ask for all of that info so you don't look like you're only interested in the drug test bit.
Usually they make a requirement that the test happens within a month (roughly) of your start date. Saying you past a drug test in January for a job that starts in June really doesn't say much...
That being said - the one thing that almost screwed me was study aids during spring finals... Thankfully that stuff is out of your system within a few days. But just be careful.
