I'd advise on accepting - there's very likely lateral opportunities down the road once you have the job, and it also sounds like you don't have any other active processes at the moment so it seems like an unnecessary risk to turn down an offer without other good options
Was in a similar situation as you. First tried to leverage the offer and get in on a few processes. However, they were not moving fast enough and I decided to take the offer. In this environment, you need to take what you can get.
Just sign and keep recruiting. If you get something significantly better, just renege and stay on the downlow and it'll be fine. This crisis has shown that these firms don't really care about you, so it's perfectly fine to renege.

“In this environment”.. is it really that hard to find a job when everyone is getting killed at work during covid times ?
Lol yeah because even though they are getting killed, no one wants to leave their job.
Before Covid, people took risks of leaving, because they knew they would find something quickly. Now, everyone wants to keep that safe paycheck.
