I'd say something that tugs on the interviewer's emotions a little like "I've heard all of the stories my dad has told me over the years about his company, and I'd like to experience that by being a part of the most transformative and defining moments of our clients' histories by working in IB" and then jokingly hit them with the "especially since I don't have an idea for my own company like my dad did". Subtle, genuine, and right in the feels
