Career Resources
At that level, VCs don't really value your "industry knowledge". It's only really valuable insofar as communicating your interest in the space. IMO, getting solid training and multiple reps at BB are more valuable. If you're smart and hard working, you can get up to speed on the industry in 6 months.
But of course, this assumes you are able to communicate during interviews why you want to do VC, why tech, which vertical interests you, etc. If you are unable to do this, boutique TMT is the better route.
