You're not going to be in school for those years. So until you get into a new college, then you're not technically in school...and thus don't meet the minimum requirements to even apply.
Wtf did you do? I know someone who got in serious trouble and his 1-year suspension was seen as a strong punishment.
Yes they will likely find out. Even if a place doesn't ask for official transcripts (most do) any background check even for small shops includes calling your school to verify your attendance, major, and being in good standing, and if you're suspended for 3 years I don't think any of those would check out. I think most places would rescind an offer.
