Deloitte Chinese Services Group (CSG)?

I'm sorry if I placed this in the wrong forum but is anyone familiar with this group? I searched on here, Google, and Deloitte's website but wasn't able to find much information about it.

Here is the description from the website:

So what exactly does this team do and are they a part of Deloitte Consulting? There isn't much information about career opportunities with this group can anyone shed any light on this? What office do they work out of? Do they recruit undergrad/graduate or only internally? Do the other big 4 firms have similar China deal teams?
