Delta Partners middle east IB
They're doing TMT coverage in EMEA and they also have some American coverage. I have an offer to join. My current internship will not be converted full-time and I got the heads up early enough to recruit at Delta. I am still networking for MM banks but so far no luck. Delta offer is in Dubai. I heard the WLB is relaxed a little and deal flow is good. But I'm not sure if it's enough to jump in; simultaneously I really have no choice.
Thoughts?
Edit: I'm based in London. I want to keep a chance to come back here, in the medium to long run.

I knew someone who lateraled from Delta’s Dubai office to Barclays in London. So there is upward mobility that way
They suck. There's a big Spanish clique. If you want to do IB in the region, try to get into a bulge bracket, or a respectable boutique like Moelis. Delta is neither here nor there.
