Derivative In HK OR JAPAN!!!

Ok! Here is a question I need opinion on .. Derivative Operation in HK or Japan!!! i got offer from both position. Japan pays more, but HK seem to be more broad generally speaking!!! Both are at the Same BB bank, so please just judge purely on position please! ASAP

If you're Caucasian you will have an unbelievable overall experience in Japan, tremendous fun!

Hong Kong might be the better option career-wise, but I would highly recommend going to Japan for at least a couple of years.
