How would I go about determining how much tier 3 capital a bank has? Thanks a ton! Before you say search, I have looked on Google and I have some idea but often times you guys are better at laying it out in understandable terms.

Read 10k, all public companies HAVE to list their tier 1,2,3 assets now. Look thru the notes section, and you should be able to find it. Caveat is that the bank and auditors determines what tier 2 and tier 3 is. And we all know what happens when auditors and companies get in bed together...
