I'm specifically concerned with HEDGE FUND exit ops.
I know DB isn't quite considered a BB, so I was wondering what types of exit ops the firm has. I'm NOT talking about being in one of their TOP groups (i.e. LevFin/RE). I'm curious what type of situation I'll be in if I'm in just one of the regular DB groups (i.e. Consumer/Media/FIG/Healthcare/etc.). Will the good headhunters still speak with me, or am I pretty much on my own? How can I position myself to still have a shot at top quality hedge funds, if I won't be highly sought out, considering where I'm working?
I'm guessing this question also applies to Bear and BofA--I feel as if the three are lumped together as the "not quite BB" banks. Thanks in advance for any info.
