Developing social skills whilst in IB

Incoming IB AN. Used to be very introverted and shy, but throughout college made an effort into becoming more social and massively improved my social skills.

Wondering how social skills change in IB specifically seeing as there is little down time for social growth outside of work (and that time is probably best spent sleeping, at the gym, catching up with old friends etc).

Asking because of course it is important in senior roles - wondering how seniors manage to hold on to their charisma during the AN/AS years.
