1) You will have 3-4 rounds of interviews with anywhere from 4-8 people 2) They will ask you Mandarin if you're chinese / say you can speak it - same for Korean (if you're Korean) 3) You'll get both - depending on the banker - for SA it's mostly fit type questions 4) It's the same mix as other IBs - nothing special

I heard from them on Dec 23rd but they didn't mention how long the interview will be. For questions like ' why do you want to work in Asia IB', what kind of points will be the best answer for the question?
