Didn't convert my SA, now a bit stuck

Hi, as title says- Interned in IB Coverage team at BB in London, didn't convert, a bit lost on what to do. Tried for a mix of summers, off cycles and Full times, no success except one AC, which I didn't get.

Expanded out to Consulting and also only got one AC there. Any advice on what to do? Masters isn't an option due to financial reasons.

Sorry to hear that!

I would now start reaching out to boutiques / smaller foreign banks for opportunities. So for example, for boutiques, you could look in London, or other big cities like Birmingham or Leeds where you'd get more niche players (like Clairfield). By foreign banks I mean CIBC / TD Securities / ING / Commerzbank / Investec / BoNY Mellon... that may not have straight IBD but either Capital Markets or some kind of CB Coverage.
