Different Jobs at BB Bank?

I'm currently an intern for a BB MM Banking Group. Received an email asking if I would like to intern in a different part of the bank. I'm not exactly sure what I want to do after college. I contacted my mentor and manager asking them if we could discuss different parts of the bank together. To be honest, the culture and people are fantastic. Employees there are smart, social, and willing to help me with anything I need. Everything is great, but hours seem pretty lax (40), and so does the pace of the work. I could definitely see myself as part of this group, but I don't want to ignore what could be a more appropriate career.

What I'm looking for in a job:
* Reasonable hours (60-80, don't mind the occasional all-nighters)
* Transferable skills, preferably to start a business in the future
* Exposure to businesses and business owners, not wealthy individuals
* Good pay (~$90K all in)
* Steady upward mobility
* Ability to differentiate myself based on results
* Continuous learning and development

Is there a better fit for me? I figured that people in Investment Banking would know the more about this topic than if I posted in the "Other Careers" section.

if you think you're qualified, i would strongly recommend you look into investment management/Asset Management roles within the bulge bracket banks- they meet all your criteria

GS and MS both have IMD, as does JPM i believe the other one's im not sure- but IMD in general is reputed to have a lot of smart fucking people opting for more of a lifestyle shop rather than a 80-100 hours kind of dead

.

perhaps not i feel confident in saying that most BB positions don't though, so from a relative standpoint, IMD won't put you at a disadvantage from this standpoint
