Diligence & Schedules
At a middle market investment bank (i.e., RJ, HW, HLHZ) focused on M&A, how often do analysts/associates support (i) schedules to the stock purchase / merger agreement (ii) accounting due diligence requests from the buyer's Big 4 transaction advisory firms?
Other than coordinating/managing lists, are the analysts/associates ever putting schedules together or creating accounting responses?
What about at bulge bracket banks?
