Are there any diversity initiatives for Senior Level employees.
Assume I’m a ASO3 / VP1, do PE firms have diversity programs for this level of recruiting ?
Or is diversity only a “significant” factor at the junior level.

Recruitment at senior levels is done differently. Diversity only plays a role to the extent that a firm/group specifically wants to interview diverse talent, in which case the recruitment firm will put best diverse candidates forward. If the firm/group doesn't specify, then the recruitment firm will put best candidates forward.
