It's probably easier to lateral your way up than to have to apply to masters programs, take classes, do well, pay for it, and then go through recruiting. If you can get a job out of undergrad then take it, work hard, make connections and move your way up. If you cant land a job out of undergrad then I would consider a masters if you can pay for it
