DLJ Merchant Banking: analysts and summer analysts? Associates and summer associates?
What's the deal with these guys -- how big and good a player are they. Do they have analysts and summer analysts? Associates and summer associates? Do they hire mostly from within other CS groups? Anyone know how many they hire a year, how large the group is overall, etc. Just curious.

"dress code at BBs" is a 4 page thread and "how much did you spend on your suit" is a 2 page thread, but not a soul has anything to say about DLJ Merchant Banking? Come on -- someone must know someone who works there, or have worked with them on a deal, or have gone through recruiting with them, or even just work at CS or something!
They are still very active even though they downscaled from their previous fund this year -- about $2 billion now from $5 billion.
