Do analysts / associates ever get placed on garden leave or get fenced in if they try to leave / quit (or is this reserved for senior leaders with more impact on operations)
What about the buyside, do the same generalities apply?
Recently saw an article about some Blackrock MDs jumping to Apollo and getting fired for it (ostensibly to sever their locked in comp). I am looking to determine if this kind of thing happens at the junior levels.
