I will be joining a bulge bracket IB as a fresh out of college analyst in a back office role in India. I wish to know that wheather back office analysts get to travel to countries where the deals are taking place. Thanks you.

What would be the business need for them traveling? NO
I mean, you've pretty much got the answers above: broadly, no.
That said, if you're a global head (especially of something like "risk"), you will get to travel. But these sorts of roles are: i) A long way down the line for you; ii) Relatively few and far between; and iii) Tend to go to front office employees put out to pasture.
You get to travel to and from work, if that's what you meant.
