Do banks limit how many kids they take from a school?
If there are 80 kids from a school applying to front office roles at a specific bank, would HR limit how many kids got offers? Even though say 60 kids were liked by the specific teams they applied for and the team wants to extend an offer but can't because HR limits how many kids are taken from a certain school? Just a hypothetical scenario that came to mind, lmk ur thoughts
