Do banks pay for training?
For FT roles, if a bank has a headquarters in a different office than you'll be working at, do they pay for flights and lodging for training? I'm assuming no for a one-month program given the high costs, but offer letter does not specify.
Yes - I was put up in a nice hotel for a month and had all travel / food covered.
Yes, flights and hotel will be covered. You may even get a food per diem since you're technically "on company assignment" but that is rare these days
The satellite office analysts make off like thieves during training since they get 4-6 weeks free rent. NYC starters pay for their own lodging obviously
