Do boutiques like PJ WB RB HW RC recruit seniors who haven't done an SA?
I wasn't able to get a top name IB SA, but I am in the final round for a small no name boutique. I also have an interview with Cap One FRP internship, but I'm guessing that is largely irrelevant. I have considered it though because it is in Richmond, so I could possibly network a lot with HW, thoughts?

Doubtful but I'm sure it's possible to lateral from a no name boutique to a better shop after a year.
