Do February starters get full bonuses?

I am due to start FT at a BB in Feb - the bank pays bonuses on a winter cycle and traditionally pays a stub (like most who are on a winter cycle do) in the new year for people who start at the ‘normal’ time in the summer.

Am I right in saying that I’d get a full year bonus or would I still be stuck with a stub?
