Do Headhunters Count No Return Offer Against You?
Didn't get return from SA (MM IB) but got a full time offer in IB at another MM (slightly better or worse ranking depending on who you ask) and in a better city. I've been getting a bit of headhunter outreach and they are asking about whether I got a return offer from my SA. Should I omit this information if that's an option? (Obviously lying is off the table). Why tf do they care anyhow if you landed another offer? Does this count against you in any meaningful way and do they let the firms you're recruiting for know about this?
