Do I bring up a major change during my interviews?

Wondering if it’s okay to bring up the fact that I changed to finance from pre-med during my interviews. I thought it would look good because it shows that I made an active decision to get into finance and IB at a later stage than others. What do you guys think?

I don't think it matters. In IB, you have people from all kinds of educational backgrounds. Also, you got the interview already so they already don't mind that you are a premed vs finance backgorund. I say, bring it up if the conversation naturally goes to that topic but I wouldn't go out of my way to bring it up. That's just my opinion though.

Well in your tell me about yourself you can talk about the switch, but I don’t think you should randomly bring it up
