Do I Have It Good?
- Analyst 2 at an EB (non-modeling group — ECM/DCM/PCA)
- AN 1 comp last year was ~200k (same as m&a groups)
- Due to deal flow and having 1st years I now only “truly” work max 50-60 hours/week (previously 80-100)
- Our associates don’t do much and seniors are generally nice
Do I have it good? Considering jumping ship to a modeling team or doing A2A… worried about exit opps down the road but don’t care much for PE/HF. Corp planning/strat is where I want to be.
