I moved from another country to NYC. I have a good job at a reputable bank, since I had previous work experience and good education from my home country. I feel I am not able to make connections because people don't understand my background and education ( I am often underestimated) Is it necessary to have a MBA and a US education in IB to be more relevant? Or should I focus on my performance at work? lol
