Hi everyone,
I have finished my final interview a few weeks ago. I did not hear back from them until I followup with them. The interviewer said something quite positive such as I look forward to having you join us and he also put me in touch with the recruiter. However, the recruiter asked if I have any offer in hand and told me they have no idea when I can hear back from them. Do I still stand a chance and how should I increase my chances?

how long is a few weeks?
less than a month and there is a few days of holiday in between as I am applying a position in Asia
oo sorry i have no idea how asia recruiting working, do you have a contact non-hr they tend to know much more or if im reading it right you did and he said contact hr? if so that may not be a good sign
yea i reached out to the non-hr first who is quite senior (but not the most senior guy i interviewed with) he said he is looking forward to having me joining them, and he also asked the hr to contacted me i am really worry because the hr said they cannot give me a clear answer right now and asked if I have other offers in hand
